Assisted Living

Memory Care
Fountainview at Gonda Westside’s Memory Care unit provides dedicated support to our members living with dementia, delivered in a nurturing and supportive environment, including fully furnished individual suites with private bathrooms. A dedicated Memory Care Coordinator leads a full program of meaningful activities while nurses and caregivers provide assistance with personal care needs.
Outpatient Rehabilitation
Members have access to onsite physical, occupational and speech therapy services billed to Medicare Part B.
