How much is the site rent? |
| Our rent is $419.00 for a single section and $421.00 for a double section home. These rents will be in effect for the period January 2010 – December 2010. |

How often will my site rent go up? |
| The rent increases yearly, but is closely reviewed by our homeowners association. Historically a three year rate agreement has been agreed upon so that you can look forward and know what your rent will be during the agreed upon period. |

What does it include? |
| It includes, gated entry, twice a week trash pick up, weekly lawn waste pick up, the use of all amenities and the many functions that take place at Fountainview Estates. |

Do you rent? |
| No; renting is not allowed as stated in the Community Guidelines. |

Can owners rent their home? |
| No; for the betterment of all residents it is felt that ownership and the pride that comes with owning a home adds stability to the community. |

Can I have a pet? |
| Yes; you can have a dog or cat up to 30 lbs. |
|
|
Can my grandkids visit? |
| Yes; grandchildren are welcome for up to two weeks as a visitor to your home. |

Can my kids stay in my home when I am not there? |
| Yes they can stay. You need to notify the office in advance. |

Can I sell my home when I want? |
| Yes; you may sell your home yourself or use our listing service to take advantage of our website listings and newspaper advertising programs, as well as use of the professional services of our trained sales force. |

I am 55, but my spouse is not; is that ok? |
| Yes, as long as your spouse is at least 30 years of age and both of you meet community standards. |

|
I have a son that lives with me to take care of me; is that okay? |
| Yes; as long as he is at least 30 years of age and meets community standards. |

How close is shopping? |
| Fountainview General Store is located in Clubhouse II for your convenience. Pick up those forgotten items for dinner. Hours are posted in the Community Newsletter.

How close is the beach? |
| See area map. The public beach area of Old Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast Beach areas are close and convenient. |

Is bus service available? |
| Yes; the bus stops just outside the main entrance. There is also the Northwest Transit Center with a Park-n-Ride Lot that connects to everywhere in Hillsborough County as well as Tampa International Airport. |
